Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in the Columbus, Ohio, Metropolitan Area for a Project Coordinator specializing in outside sales. This is not a remote job. The person is required to work on location. The role entails coordinating projects while supporting the sales team’s activities, including client communication, scheduling, portal, database management and ensuring project timelines are met. The Project Coordinator will assist with preparing proposals and presentations, managing project files and budgets, and maintaining positive relationships with team members and clients. This role also requires actively participating in organizing trade shows or outreach efforts as part of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, client presentations, writing and creating proposals.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other project management tools.
- Experience in customer experience and answering phones.
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
