Bilingual Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team.This role involves managing various administrative tasks such as assisting customers with basic call transfers and questions, converting documents, managing spreadsheets, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the store manager and mechanic for parts ordering and expense organization.
Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently while supporting team responsibilities.
Training will be one week at our main office in West Palm Beach, followed by work on-site in Port St. Lucie.
