Job Description
We are seeking an IT Project Manager III focused on intake support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workflow tracking, status management, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to drive complete, compliant, and timely progression of business case submissions through intake, review, and governance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central coordination point for business case submissions and funding requests.
- Review inbound submissions for completeness and adherence to required standards, partnering with requestors to remediate gaps.
- Log, track, and maintain accurate statuses, key dates, decisions, and actions across the request lifecycle.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and governance steps with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Follow up on dependencies and drive timely outcomes through structured communication and escalation as needed.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, summaries, and presentations to leadership.
- Maintain documentation and artifacts supporting intake and funding governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail with disciplined workflow tracking and status management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to engage stakeholders and requestors.
- Demonstrated follow-through, problem solving, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in project management or intake/governance processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in enterprise portfolio intake, funding, or PMO governance.
- Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
