Bcforward is currently seeking highly motivated Events Coordinator 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA.

Position Title: Events Coordinator 3

Location: Redmond, WA.

Pay Range $23.00

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics

* Drive planning and execution of summer 2026 intern program operations and logistics.

* Execute and maintain an operationally sound model that supports a best-in-class intern experience.

* Manage processes primarily impacting Americas interns, while supporting global deliverables as needed.

Events & Experiences

* Partner with the Americas Intern Engagement team to plan and execute support intern engagements across the Americas.

* Support major program events including Welcome Week, mentorship events, and skilling sessions.

* Support marketing and logistics of programmatic efforts

Education/Experience:

* High volume scheduling experience

* Previous experience with events logistics

* Adaptive to process changes

* Experience with Tracking Systems

* Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel

* Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties

* 2-4 years of recruiting experience
