BC Architects AIA, Inc. (BCA), a Coral Gables–based architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm, is seeking a BIM Manager / Architectural Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years' BIM management and architectural production experience to join our team. This dual-role position requires a highly organized and technically skilled professional who can lead the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows while also assisting in coordinating architectural documents from schematic design through construction documentation.Responsibilities:BIM Management:Develop, maintain, and enforce firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows.Provide staff training, technical support, and mentorship on Revit and other BIM tools.Set up and manage BIM models, including worksets, templates, collaboration settings, and ongoing model health audits.Coordinate BIM processes with consultants to ensure model alignment, compliance, and smooth data exchange.Review and evaluate models, software, and workflow improvements to support quality control and enhance efficiency.Architectural Project Coordination:Assist in coordinating and executing architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents.Produce drawings, details, diagrams, schedules, and technical documentation using Revit.Coordinate with internal team members and consultants to ensure accurate and integrated design information.Assist in preparing materials for client presentations, permitting, and regulatory submissions.Provide support during construction administration, including RFIs, shop drawings, field documentation, and maintaining accurate project files.Qualifications and Skills:Professional architectural degree (B.Arch/M.Arch) with at least 5 years of BIM management and architectural production experience, preferably on mid- or high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects.Expertise in Revit (required), with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu, and experience managing BIM standards, workflows, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, building systems, and detailing.Solid knowledge of cloud collaboration tools such as BIM 360/ACC, and experience with visualization or graphic tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to innovation and technology development within a collaborative team.To be considered for this position, please submit a resume and portfolio/work samples with your application.Salary commensurate with professional experience, educational background, and certifications / licensure.BC Architects is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
