Well-established Electronics Distributor based in Rialto CA, is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support multiple-site operations with approximately 75-125 employees.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with leadership to develop processes, strengthen employee relations, and ensure compliance across multiple locations
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR professional who can step in, assess current gaps, and implement scalable HR practices. This role requires a balance of strategy and execution, with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Leadership
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers across both locations
- Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary actions
- Partner with leadership to build a positive, compliant, and productive workplace culture
HR Operations & Process Development
- Build and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Audit and organize employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle management
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (including California regulations, if applicable)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as needed
- Partner with leadership on policy enforcement and risk mitigation
Support & Collaboration
- Oversee and guide the HR Coordinator in day-to-day administrative functions
- Collaborate with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, in logistics, warehousing, and multi-site environments required
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Experience building or improving HR processes and infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors Degree required
