Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Specialist to
support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting top-tier talent
and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
● Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create strategic
recruitment plans.
● Write, post, and manage job descriptions on job boards and internal platforms.
● Proactively source and screen candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and
internal referrals.
● Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews across hiring panels.
● Track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline using ATS tools.
● Own candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a professional experience.
● Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
● Help maintain an A-player hiring standard aligned with our “WHO” methodology.
HR Operations:
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with
state-specific requirements.
● Help maintain employee records, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
● Track and follow up on training, evaluations, and documentation deadlines.
● Support internal culture initiatives and employee engagement projects.
● Assist in benefits enrollment and employee communication during open enrollment.
● Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies or systems.
Requirements:
● 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
● Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and ATS systems.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication.
● High level of discretion with confidential information.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
● Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
(e.g., Breezy, BambooHR, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience recruiting in construction, solar, or skilled trades.
● Understanding of employment law and HR compliance (multi-state experience is a plus).
● Familiarity with Jim Collins’ WHO hiring methodology or similar.

Compensation: $50,000-$80,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
