BBSI is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a respected nonprofit organization in Winston, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to use their expertise to support a mission-driven organization serving the Douglas County community.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements and month-end reporting
- Maintain the general ledger and journal entries
- Monitor grant funding compliance and reporting
- Support payroll and cost allocation tracking
- Assist with budgets, audits, and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial compliance
- Support staff with purchasing and financial resources
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of experience in finance or accounting
- 2 years experience with QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive workplace practices
- Nonprofit or grant accounting experience helpful but not required
