Role Description The Licensed Client Service Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon OR, responsible for supporting clients with their insurance-related needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role includes responding to client inquiries, explaining policy details, processing changes, and assisting with renewals and billing questions. The specialist maintains accurate records, coordinates with internal teams and carriers, and follows regulatory and company guidelines. Daily activities also involve reviewing coverage options, identifying opportunities to improve client service, and presenting solutions that align with clients’ financial and coverage goals. The position requires consistent, professional communication by phone, email, and in person, while managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in Client Services and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interactions focused on Customer Satisfaction.
- Understanding of Insurance principles related to insurance products, billing, and coverage options.
- Property and Casuality License required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in a regulated environment.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree beneficial.
