Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees through ATS platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks using HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex.
- Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and labor laws.
- Coordinate training & development sessions, succession planning efforts, and change management projects to foster growth and organizational agility.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry records, conduct data collection for HR analytics, and ensure compliance with affirmative action planning and workers' compensation procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources management practices including human capital management and workforce management strategies.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro; experience with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear employee engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
- Deep understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation protocols.
- Skilled in conflict management, organizational design, and strategic planning to support business objectives.

Pay:
$28.00 - $36.00 per hour
