Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will be the operational hub for scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and customer support. You’ll be the link between our warehouse, delivery teams, and clients—ensuring seamless coordination and communication at every step. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery and pickup schedules
- Manage inventory intake, labeling, and warehouse organization
- Track incoming and outgoing items, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Handle receiving processes for high-value furniture and materials
- Process delivery claims and coordinate resolutions with clients and internal teams
- Maintain communication with clients regarding delivery updates and service issues
- Support the team in prioritizing and resolving logistics challenges
- Work closely with warehouse and field teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide top-tier customer service through phone and email
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or inventory management preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Experience in furniture or home goods industry is a plus
