Wedding Coordinator

Job Summary

BB’s Event Planning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Wedding Coordinators to join our growing team! This is a part-time, flexible position primarily focused on summer weddings and weekend events.

As a Wedding Coordinator, you’ll be the calm, organized presence that keeps wedding days running smoothly. You do not need prior wedding coordination experience — we provide training. This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, enjoys staying organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and execute day-of wedding coordination
• Manage timelines and ensure the wedding day flows smoothly
• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, venues, and clients on event day
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup, transitions, and breakdown
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally as they arise
• Support couples so they can enjoy their day stress-free
• Represent BB’s Event Planning with professionalism and positivity

Schedule & Availability

• Primarily weekends
• Peak season: summer months
• Flexible hours depending on event schedule
• Perfect for someone looking for a side job, seasonal work, or flexible event-based hours

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and guests
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to be on your feet and move items (light décor, signage, etc.)
• Event planning, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
