Our greatest asset is our people and the notable culture that we've built.We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to engage directly with our UHNW clients and prospects, providing expert advice, supporting client teams, and delivering internal training to client advisors. This individual will serve in a consultative nature to advisors and clients alike, with no document drafting or hourly billing requirements. This role has an intended requirement of 2 days per week on site.Key Responsibilities:Direct Client and Prospect EngagementEngage directly with a sophisticated national and international client base.Foster in-depth discussions on complex estate planning issues in collaboration with internal client coverage teams and external counsel to deliver optimal solutions.Participate in client and prospect meetings, taking on lead role in discussing wealth planning ideas.Engage in internal strategy sessions aimed at converting prospective clients.Client Team SupportServe as a subject matter expert to client coverage teams on complex trust and estate planning matters.Ensure client teams deliver high level and effective advice on trust and estate topics.Review and analyze client estate planning documents alongside client coverage teams. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $250,000 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on these reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses, alternative incentive packages, commission eligibility, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
