Trust & Estates Administration Paralegal
📍 Location: New Jersey, New York, or Florida Office
💰 Salary: $76,500 – $162,500 (Commensurate with experience)
What You'll Do:
- Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate processes.
- Handle estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and trust funding.
- Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants.
- Oversee the distribution of estate assets and prepare necessary documentation.
- Draft and record deeds and other estate-related legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate laws.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in trust & estate administration.
- Strong knowledge of probate, tax filings, and estate planning documents.
- Superior communication and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in ONESOURCE/Fast Tax, HotDocs, and Microsoft Word is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (JD candidates with paralegal experience will also be considered).
