Working closely with our Billing Specialist, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing and filing carrier invoices, proof of delivery paperwork, and any other load accessorials
• Keeping our records spotless by verifying and organizing incoming emails, ensuring all necessary documents, including correct factoring company details and receipts, are on file
• Assisting the accounting team by answering incoming calls, providing updates on payment status and rate verifications with professionalism and clarity
