Join us as a Senior Client Service Representative!
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Senior Client Service Representative. Senior Client Service Representative serves as a primary contact for clients and internal operational teams. You will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of account opening and maintenance and WEB provisioning tasks and resolution of internal and client inquiries to ensure exceptional levels of client service are met. Senior Client Service Representative operates under less direction than the Client Service Representative and supports the guidance and training of newly hired, less experienced staff.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Strive for being a subject-matter expert in a client account opening/maintenance and WEB ID provisioning for clients. Taking new challenges and opportunities to develop and acquire new skills (e.g., through inquiry resolution, cross-team trainings etc.)
- Proactively respond to client inquiries providing quality, accurate and timely service
- Work effectively with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
- Participate in team-based project work.
- Support knowledge exchange, best practice sharing, provide directions to more junior team members.
- Ensure department procedures and controls are followed and adhered to
- Report exceptions, errors, or issues/client escalations immediately to management
- Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency within the team
- Actively participate in client(s) meetings – client related reporting, discussions concerning account opening/web id aspects

Desired Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 2 years related custody experience
- Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment
- Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
- Proactivity, and objective oriented
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure
- Fluent English
- Good working knowledge of Excel
