Our new dental office in River Vale, NJ, opening in Spring 2026, is looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator/ Business Development. The position will start with training at our Montvale main office transitioning to a position at River Vale office once ready.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical office operations. Ideal candidates will manage patient inquiries, appointments, and communication with healthcare providers. The schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Skills:
Knowledge in dental field will be trained so the previous dental office experience is NOT required. However, skills in management and business administration are strongly preferred.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance providers.
- Leadership and Team Management: Skills in supervising staff, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a productive, positive work environment.
