- Lead process engineering activities for projects, from studies through detailed engineering and commissioning
- Lead or contribute to projects as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Act as the technical authority on mineral processing and extractive metallurgy design and operation
- Drive process optimization by improving recovery, throughput, and operational reliability
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions
- Advise clients on process design, performance improvement, and operational strategies
- Provide guidance on metallurgical testwork program development and analysis to direct flowsheet development.
- Lead preparation of key process design deliverables (mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, design criteria, specifications)
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and expanding client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers to strengthen team capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical or Process Engineering
- 12–20 years of experience in mineral processing or extractive metallurgy within mining or EPCM environments
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
- Experience in supporting feasibility studies, due diligence work, large-scale EPCM or capital projects
- Strong background in process modelling and simulation tools (e.g. JKSimMet, Molycop, LIMN, Bruno, Metsim etc.)
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona, Nevada and eligible states
- Travel: Occasional to frequent (site visits, commissioning)
- Asset : Strong experience in heap leach systems (gold, copper or similar)
- Asset : Bilingual (Spanish or French)
