Big Easy Ranch is “A Sporting Club Like No Other”! A private members-only club, sitting in

the middle of nature with hunting, golfing, fishing, a pool, fine dining lodge, overnight

accommodations and several service buildings. We provide a premier destination, with

highly personalized first-class, full-service amenities and outdoor experiences in a safe

and welcoming environment.

What We Need

Sociable and attentive professionals for our newly created Outside Service Associate

positions. These Part-Time and Full-Time positions are to be the Lodge brand

ambassadors that ensure all members and/or guests “first point of contact” experience at

the Lodge is positive and memorable.

What You will Do

• Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival at the Lodge facility.
• Provide the highest quality service to “wow” clientele of the Big Easy Ranch.
• Maintain a high standard of facility cleanliness to maintain club wide appearances.
• Interact with all Big Easy Ranch Members and their guests, Owners and Employees.

• Enthusiastic, responsible and positive team player.
• Can provide a remarkably high level of detailed personalized service.
• A lover of the outdoors; happy to work indoors at times or mostly at outside entrance, during all seasonal weather conditions.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license. (Shuttle golf car driving is required).
• Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Able to walk and stand on feet for extended periods.

Essential Functions of the Position

• Maintains immaculate appearance of outdoor podiums, doors, walkways, drive, covered areas, shuttle, windows and lamp glass.
• Move or deliver golf cars; clean and rotate them as directed.
• Actively participate as a shuttle driver.
• Complete opening and closing duties, timely.
• Daily set up and/or breakdown of golf course comfort stations.
• Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• Follow all safety rules and participate in safety training meetings.
• Adhere to proper uniform and grooming standards and all other company policies and procedures.
• Receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by a manager.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the ranch during high season or special event demands.

• 2 years of proven outstanding client service.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
• Outgoing, dependable and eager to be productive each day.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
