Recruitment is active and critical, with ongoing hiring across all levels – from hourly operators to managers and technical specialists. You will join at a stage where significant hiring remains, requiring a hands-on and execution-focused approach.
Role Summary
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role focused on delivering hires across the Nashville site build-up. You will run multiple searches in parallel, primarily within food science, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering, covering roles from specialists to managers.
You will own the full recruitment cycle end-to-end – from defining search strategies and actively sourcing candidates, to screening, interviewing, and closing.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the local team in an environment where priorities can shift and roles are not always fully defined. The focus is on delivery, pace, and quality of hire.

What You Will Do
End-to-end recruitment delivery
- Run multiple hiring processes in parallel across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, food science, finance, and site leadership roles
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, search strategy, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer
- Build candidate pipelines from scratch using advanced LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates – not dependent on inbound applications or job ads
- Continuously map the local market and build relevant talent pools
- Work closely with hiring managers to define profiles and move processes forward efficiently
- Challenge and guide where needed to ensure speed and quality of hire
- Operate in a fast-moving setting where priorities evolve and roles may not always be fully defined
- Deliver hires with a strong focus on quality, speed, and relevance to the site build
Must have
- Senior-level experience (minimum 5 years) in end-to-end recruitment, with a clear track record of independently delivering hires across complex and technical roles
- Strong hands-on sourcing capability, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search (not reliant on inbound or coordination)
- Proven experience hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or similar technical roles
- Track record of managing multiple parallel hiring processes across functions and seniority levels, including managerial and specialist roles
- Ability to quickly understand complex or technical role profiles and operate independently without close guidance
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or build-up environments where structure is still evolving
- Experience from FMCG or food manufacturing
- Background in agency, RPO, or scale-up environments
- Exposure to site build-up or plant ramp-up hiring
- Knowledge of the Tennessee or broader US manufacturing talent market
- High ownership and a strong drive to deliver
- Hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable working at pace
- Pragmatic and solution-focused – you move things forward
- Builds trust quickly and works effectively with hiring managers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities – and still delivers
