Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

Job description:BB-Builders Pro is a fast-growing, process-driven residential remodeling company known for delivering high-quality projects with exceptional client communication and systemized project management. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from handoff through final completion.About the RoleAs a Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5–6 active remodeling projects, coordinating all subcontractors and materials, maintaining jobsite professionalism, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish. You will use Buildertrend daily to manage schedules, job costing, documentation, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the execution of each assigned project from kickoff to closeoutCoordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveriesMaintain project schedules and update them in BuildertrendTrack and manage project budgets, POs, and change ordersEnsure all jobsites meet cleanliness and protection standardsConduct client walkthroughs at each project milestoneUpload daily logs, photos, and documentation in BuildertrendCommunicate clearly and proactively with clients and the internal teamIdentify issues early and escalate red flags to the Operations ManagerEnsure punch lists are completed and final handoffs are smoothRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling project management experienceIn-depth understanding of construction phases (demo, framing, MEPs, finish, etc.)Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendorsProficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management softwareStrong attention to detail and jobsite organizationProfessional communication skills—both written and verbalAbility to read scopes of work, plans, and product specificationsReliable vehicle and valid driver’s licenseAble to walk job sites, lift materials, and conduct physical site reviewsPreferred QualitiesPrevious experience in high-end residential remodelingTrack record of managing multiple jobs at onceExperience with client-facing communicationHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and manage deadlinesWork Location: In person

Salary : $65,000 - $110,000
