Field Project Manager Residential Remodeling

You'll manage 7-10 active remodeling projects at a time — owning everything from subcontractor coordination and scheduling to client walkthroughs and final closeout. Buildertrend is our primary tool for scheduling, job costing, documentation, and client communication. You'll use it daily.

Own project execution from budget approval through final closeout", "Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily site activity", "Keep project schedules current and updated in Buildertrend", "Track budgets, purchase orders, and change orders throughout each job", "Hold jobsites to our cleanliness and protection standards", "Conduct client walkthroughs at key project milestones", "Log daily photos, updates, and documentation in Buildertrend", "Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team", "Catch issues early and escalate red flags to the Operations Manager", "Drive punch lists to completion and hand off each project cleanly" 

3 years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience", "Solid understanding of construction phases — demo, framing, MEP, finishes, and everything in between", "Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple active jobs", "Comfortable with Buildertrend or similar PM software", "Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized jobsite presence", "Clear, professional communication — written and verbal", "Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and product specs", "Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to physically walk and review job sites.

Nice to have

Background in high-end or luxury residential remodeling", "Proven track record managing 8-12 jobs simultaneously", "Comfortable as the face of the company in client-facing situations", "Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
