What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Helper position at Bazella Works?
Our fast paced and growing Lehigh Valley based construction company has an immediate opening for a self-starting, punctual, goal orientated team player who can contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities include, but not limited to prepping equipment and supplies for our team in the field and anything in between to make things happen.
- Must have prior experience driving forklift
- Ability to drive pick-up and trailer
- Will be given a daily schedule
- Fuel up equipment
- Coordinate a tool loaner system that tracks company owned tools
- Ability to communicate well with supervisors
- requires sufficient mobility to walk, stand, kneel, or bend for prolonged periods of time; heavy, moderate or light lifting; and operate motorized equipment and vehicles. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch when fixing equipment.
This position is best suited to a "Jack of all Trades" and could be called upon to work as a laborer, operator, building maintenance and small mechanical repairs. Will train the right individual. This is a very physical and fast-paced position.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
