POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Nursing and Compliance is a senior leadership role and is responsible for overseeing and directing the nursing and client care services within Baywood. The Director of Nursing and Compliance plays a pivotal role in setting and executing the client care strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality nursing care, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for all care staff.
