We're a privately-owned veterinary hospital in beautiful Kitsap County, looking for a fun, compassionate individual with top-notch customer service skills to join our energetic crew. As the first and last impression of our hospital, the receptionist role is vital.
What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly
- Schedule appointments and manage our calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate client records
- Handle payments and invoices
- Support with filing, data entry, and other tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Veterinary clinic or animal-related experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems, ideally veterinary software
- Comfortable with animal handling and clinic cleanliness
