Warehouse Associate
Baystate Wine & Spirits | West Bridgewater, MA
Baystate Wine & Spirits, New England’s premier wine and spirits distributor, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing team. Founded in 2005, our family-owned company has built a reputation for rapid growth and is now seeking dependable, hard-working people to support our busy West Bridgewater facility. What You’ll Do
- Learn and grow into broader warehouse skills, including receiving, forklift operation, truck routing, and inventory management
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Re-stock picking locations with inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
What You’ll Need
- Good physical condition; able to lift 35-50 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Nice to Have
- Prior warehouse or order-picking experience (not required, we’ll train the right person)
Compensation $18.00/hour to start
