Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with a positive attitude.
- Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by using appropriate cleaning products and following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist in housekeeping management by reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
- Utilize janitorial experience to uphold cleanliness standards in various settings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
