Job Overview
Three Broomsticks Housekeeping is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented residential cleaner to join our team. Most of our clients are located on North Padre Island, with additional homes in Flour Bluff and other areas of Corpus Christi.
Workdays typically begin around 8:30 a.m. and end between approximately 1:00 and 3:30 p.m., depending on the day’s schedule. This is a regularly scheduled position, not an on-call or work-when-available role.
Professional cleaning experience is not required. Paid, hands-on training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes using our established system and checklist
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
- Maintain consistent quality while working at an efficient pace
- Perform a final walkthrough and correct anything that was missed
- Properly care for company supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients, management and team members
- Respect clients’ homes, belongings, privacy, and pets
- Work as part of a team and independently when approved

Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between homes
- Willingness to travel to North Padre Island regularly
- Consistent availability for approximately 2–4 weekdays per week
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working around dogs and cats
- Able to bend, reach, kneel, lift, and remain active for several hours
- Able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- Smartphone access for work-related scheduling and communication
This position may not be combined with operating an independent residential cleaning business or working for another cleaning company.
Training
New employees complete approximately two weeks of paid, hands-on training alongside the owner or another team member. Training is used to teach our cleaning process and evaluate reliability, cleaning quality, pace, communication, and overall fit.
Continued employment is based on successfully completing training and consistently meeting the expectations of the position.
