Role Description
The Event Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fullerton, CA. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing schedules, liaising with vendors and clients, handling communication, and ensuring events remain on budget while providing a positive experience for all participants. The Event Coordinator will work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events that align with the company’s values and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to oversee all aspects of event execution.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with Sales and the ability to drive client engagement and generate leads through events.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in event management tools and platforms is a plus.
