**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the relevant departments.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support event planning and coordination activities, as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a front desk or administrative assistant will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
