As our Senior HVAC QC Technician, you will perform post-installation quality control inspections on residential HVAC system replacements, ensuring every installation meets Bayonet's high standards for workmanship, performance, and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring systems are fully prepared to pass local municipality inspections.

- Perform post-installation quality control inspections on residential HVAC system change-outs.
- Verify installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Diagnose and identify installation issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Test system operation and ensure peak performance before final customer approval.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly.
- Work closely with installation teams to maintain the highest level of quality.
Specific Qualifications
- Previous residential HVAC system change-out experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of communicating, multi-stage, and inverter-driven residential HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
