What You’ll Do
- Provide daily administrative support to the warehouse operations team.
- Prepare, file, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments on order and shipment tracking.
- Enter data accurately into warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Support inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and reporting.
- Ensure all activities follow IES standards for safety and quality.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Previous administrative or warehouse experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

- Ability to balance office duties with time spent in the warehouse as needed.
