- Monday – Thursday 8:30am-1:00pm
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the front desk, conference rooms, and shared spaces in a clean and organized state.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and all departments as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports; assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Maintain office supply inventory and vendor coordination.
- Support HR with filing, document organization, and onboarding logistics.
- Help coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and assist with data entry and tracking.
- 3-5 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or similar tools.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- $23 – 25/ Hour Depending on Experience
