🚨 We're Hiring: SharePoint Migration Project Manager / Business Analyst
📍 Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays, occasional additional day)
📅 Duration: Approx. Aug. 31 – Nov. 30 (Potential Extension)
We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Migration Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead an enterprise SharePoint Online migration for a large-scale transformation program.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Lead SharePoint Online migration planning and execution
✅ Coordinate migration activities, cutover planning, and stakeholder communications
✅ Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
✅ Administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, permissions, metadata, and governance
✅ Drive business process improvements using Microsoft 365 tools
✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a smooth migration
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience leading SharePoint Online migration projects
- Strong Project Management and stakeholder management experience
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale document migrations
Nice to Have:
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Power Apps
- Business Process Improvement / Process Automation
