Job Title: Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (REMOTE Role)
Duration: 5 month contract with extension
Pay Rate: $65/hr. to $70/hr. on W2
Special Requirements
- Product to Market (P2M) Experience:
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Experience:
- Digital Product Creation (DPC) Experience: Strong preference for experience implementing or scaling CLO and CLO-SET or similar systems.
- Senior Level Change Management practitioner. Looking for 8-10 years of experience. Let me know if the Gap Rate card is a blocker to recruiting for this level.
Job description:
What You'll Do
- Execute Change Plans: Develop and implement project-specific change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities tailored to GTS initiatives.
- Senior Stakeholder & Executive Alignment: Partner closely with brand leaders, functional VPs, and technology partners to drive executive alignment, coalition building, and active, visible sponsorship across P2M initiatives.
- Design & Deliver Training: Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and coordinate the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and workshops.
Salary : $65 - $70
