Construction Superintendent – Bayne Development
📍 Construction | Full-Time
Bayne Development is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for ground-up construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site construction activities and subcontractors
- Maintain short-term schedules and critical path timelines
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate RFIs, material submittals, and jurisdictional inspections
- Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve field issues
- Maintain daily jobsite logs (Procore a plus)
- Manage multiple job sites as needed
- Ensure clean, organized, and secure jobsites
- Complete punch lists and closeout items
- Experience in ground-up construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Safety-focused mindset
- Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Forklift Certification
