Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. This role requires a strong maintenance experience, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and experience in plumbing, drywall, electrical work, and pool experience . The Maintenance Person will play a key role in maintaining rooms, curbside appeal and parking lot of the hotel.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facility and rooms to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, PTAC, and other building systems.
- Must worked in the fast paced environment in hotel.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Tasks must be completed assigned for the day
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
- Pool experience is always plus.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Requirements
- Proficient mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks in a hotel.
- Work with team to fix any issues in the rooms and around hotel building
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
