Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Check guests in and out swiftly, accurately processing payments and updating reservation details.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues with a positive attitude and proactive solutions.
- Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Uphold hospitality standards by delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially front desk or guest services positions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and reservation platforms.
- Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and night audit procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
