Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for use.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms in hotels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
