Friday–Monday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (1 Opening)
Wednesday–Saturday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (1 Opening)
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to provide remote pharmacy benefit support in a high-volume environment. This role focuses on assisting pharmacies, prescribers, and members with benefit inquiries while ensuring compliance with standard procedures and accuracy in documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries.
Educate prescribers on formulary requirements and prior authorization processes.
Accurately enter customer data into documentation systems.
Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
Communicate issues and resolutions effectively with customers and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of recent experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and/or pharmacy operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT) required.
