Pharmacy Technician – Certification Preferred

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is committed to accuracy and patient care. Candidates with a current pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications

• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Manage inventory, restock medications, and check for expirations

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers

• Operate pharmacy software systems for data entry and prescription processing

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

• Follow all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred

• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
