Role Title: Senior Mendix Developer / Architect

Employment Type: Contract

Preferred Location: Wisconsin

Role Description:

In this role you will be leading the process of modernization of the Mendix Platform including the technical execution and providing architectural insight.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development of Mendix-based applications across global manufacturing operations.
• Provide architectural guidance and quality assurance across multiple projects and partner teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Bayforce consultants to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Mentor and coach external development partners, offering continuous feedback and direction.
• Integrate persona-based design principles and outputs from design thinking workshops into application architecture.
• Support project planning and execution aligned with fiscal year cycle.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Mendix development, with proven architectural leadership.
• Strong understanding of low-code platforms and enterprise application modernization.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote model with occasional travel to Milwaukee or other priority locations.
