Role Title: PMO Coordinator -Post-Merger Integration
Duration: 2 months high likelihood extension for execution phase
Preferred Location: Prefer Seattle, WA or Provo, UT but remote is acceptable with travel for 2 onsite weeks
Role Description:
The PMO Coordinator will support the Integration Management Office and manage the operating rhythm for a fast-moving post-merger integration planning program spanning nine workstreams.
This individual will be responsible for keeping meetings, materials, trackers, decisions and status reporting organized across a high volume of activity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly operating rhythm for the integration planning program.
- Coordinate workshop scheduling and logistics across nine workstreams.
- Coordinate calendars involving workstream owners and other stakeholders.
- Manage distribution of workshop pre-reads and supporting materials.
- Maintain RAID logs and decision logs.
- Keep program trackers current and accurate.
- Consolidate Monday status reporting across the workstreams.
- Support preparation of the Friday sponsor update.
- Track actions and follow-ups from workshops and program meetings.
- Support logistics and preparation for the November 12 and December 9 Walk the Walls sessions.
- Ensure documentation and project materials remain organized and accessible to the IMO and project team.
Requirements:
- PMO, project coordination or transformation-office experience.
- Experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent scheduling, organization and follow-through.
- Experience maintaining RAID, decision, action and status trackers.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to remain organized under a heavy meeting load and rapidly changing priorities.
- Strong Google Workspace skills.

- M&A integration experience.
- Experience supporting an Integration Management Office or Transformation Management Office.
- Experience coordinating enterprise-wide transformation programs.
