US - Lab Technician (Entry)

Responsibilities: • Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer technical programs and product research initiatives • Conduct testing and analysis to support process development and manufacturing operations • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize laboratory and production equipment • Support machine scale-up activities and process transitions from laboratory to manufacturing • Maintain detailed logs, notebooks, laboratory records, and computer documentation • Perform stoichiometric calculations for production using software applications and manual methods • Conduct internet and database searches to support problem-solving initiatives • Provide timely analytical results to ensure quality standards for customer shipments • Interface directly with customers to address technical questions and requirements when necessary • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel and research teams across multiple departments Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in performing stoichiometric calculations and technical computations • Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities • Excellent documentation and record-keeping practices • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities • Customer service orientation with professional communication skills • Information research and data analysis competencies • Understanding of laboratory safety protocols and best practices Experience: • 1-3 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience Qualifications: • Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements • Familiarity with Responsible Care principles and guidelines This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to make meaningful contributions in a role that bridges research, production, and customer support.
