As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll receive training, coaching, and hands-on experience to develop core sales skills while supporting our Business Development team.
You will:
- Learn how to conduct professional outbound calls using provided lead lists
- Build confidence engaging with potential customers and understanding their business needs
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover challenges and introduce relevant technology solutions
- Accurately capture customer information, notes, and next steps in our CRM system
- Partner with experienced Business Development Managers to qualify leads and schedule meetings
- Gain product knowledge on Panasonic TOUGHBOOK® laptops, tablets, handheld devices, and related solutions such as in-car video and body-worn cameras
This role offers exposure to real-world sales environments while working with technology that supports first responders and essential industries.

Ideal candidates have:
- A bachelor’s degree or are a recent college graduate (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow professionally
- Self-motivation, reliability, and a positive, competitive mindset
- Comfort using basic technology tools (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Previous sales, internship, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus — but not required
