We're seeking a Communications Consultant to join our growing team in Plymouth, MN and help take BAYCOM's technology further.

What You'll DoAs a Communications Consultant, you'll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities.
Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries.
Present and demonstrate BAYCOM's communication and security solutions to stakeholders.
Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers.
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity
At least two years of sales experience
A competitive nature and motivation for sales success
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth
Base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training
