Vice President Support Services Summary:
- Provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for all non-clinical support service departments which includes Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Safety & Security, and Guest/Volunteer Services.
- Ensures areas operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the organization's mission and patient-care priorities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, patient experience, and staff engagement. Ensures operational performance metrics, introducing corrective actions when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field).
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare support services or hospital operations. Experience overseeing multiple service areas such as Environmental Services (EVS), Food Nutrition Services (FNS), and etc.
Other Information:
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational improvement. Financial acumen with experience managing multi ‑ million ‑ dollar budgets.
