Position Description: Registrar I
Position Details:
The Registrar I may be responsible for any of the following:
- Registration
- Customer Service,
- Insurance Verification
- Financial Counseling
- Scheduling
- Bed Control
- Cashier
- Reception
- Rotate shift periodically
- Take Call
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additionally, the Registrar must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of these modalities: (one must be Registration) within 6 months of hire. Successful completion of additional modalities within department may qualify a team member for career advancement (Registrar Career Ladder).

Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
Facility: BayCare Health System, Admitting and Registration-SJH
Location: St Josephs Main and Childrens
Status: Part Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Shift: Shift 1
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
Weekend Work: Every
On Call: Yes
