Role Overview
As a Registrar Lead, you will ensure smooth operations within the Neurodiagnostics department by performing and overseeing functions in multiple modalities, including:
- Reception, registration, and scheduling
- Financial counseling and cashier duties
- Bed control and insurance verification/authorization
- Payroll processing and staffing schedule maintenance
- Assisting the manager with guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Rotating shifts and taking call as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve registrar and customer service issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with department standards and protocols
- Support team development through coaching and feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
-
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years admitting/registration experience
OR - Bachelor’s degree and 1 year relevant experience
Experience
- Proficiency in all registrar modalities within the department
