Summary:
Delivers innovative, results-based group fitness experiences that support member health and wellness goals. Demonstrates exercise science knowledge, creates safe and effective studio environments, and manages the entire class experience from setup through closure. Screens participants for health conditions and injuries, provides appropriate form corrections and exercise modifications, uses evidence-based cueing across different learning styles, builds member relationships, and consistently creates a welcoming atmosphere.

- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
Credentials:
Essential:
- CPR/BLS within 90 days
- Certified and/or licensed to teach the specific formats needed (AFAA, ACE, ASCM, NETA, etc.). Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Les Mills) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum of one year teaching experience actively leading successful group fitness classes.
